TANAH KARO – Gunung sinabung terletak di Kabupaten Tanah Karo, Sumatra Utara yang berada tidak jauh dari tempat wisata Berastagi. Ketinggian puncak gunung sinabung mencapai 2.460 m dpl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tercatat dalam sejarah letusan gunung sinabung terakhir pada tahun 1.600. Namun tidak bisa diprediksi gejolak alam pada gunung sinabung yang kembali bangun dari tidur panjangnya pada tahun 2010 hingga sekarang tahun 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kepala Badan Geologi, Pusat Vulkanologi dan Mitigasi Bencana, Kasbani menyampaikan perkembangan status aktivitas gunung sinabung menurun dan ditetapkan pada tanggal 20 mei 2019 status leves IV (awas) diturunkan ke level III (Siaga).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tim Pengamat Gunung Api (PGA) juga terus menghimbau kepada warga agar memahami peta rawan bencana yang sudah ditetapkan dan terus berkoordinasi kepada petugas dan bekerjasama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adapun peta rawan bencana meliputi :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Rawan bencana 3 meliputi 3 km sektor barat-selatan<\/li>
  2. Rawan bencana 2 meliputi 5 km selatan-timur<\/li>
