Setidaknya ini menjadi pelajaran berharga guna membangun demokrasi yg berkeadilan dan berprikemanusiaan,&#8221; tambah mantan Komisioner KPU tersebut.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Labyk Simanjorang juga mengatakan terlalu banyak energi, biaya, pikiran bahkan terjadinya&nbsp; sekat sekat hanya karena penyelenggaran tahapan yang tidak sesuai azas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Sisi lain tuduhan kecurangan pemilu secara masif kita lihat dari media, walaupun sebatas kata. Terhadap tuduhan kecurangan jajaran kpu selalu berucap &#8221; sengketa kebawaslu atau MK&#8221; sengketa proses atau hasil pemilu. Proses sengketa ini jg menyita waktu, pikiran, biaya yg banyak,&#8221; kata Labyk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Terhadap kinerja tentu KPU bukan malaikat bukan pula setan dia hanya insan biasa. Jika kecurangan benar adanya mekanisme sudah jelas hukum pidana, kode etik didepan mata. Sebaliknya jika kinerja KPU baik berikan apresiasi yang layak.
