Kehadiran ini menjadi penyemangat bagi pemerintah daerah karena penanganan dan pemulihan pascabencana terus mendapat perhatian dan dukungan dari pemerintah pusat,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia menjelaskan, banjir yang terjadi pada akhir tahun 2025 berdampak pada sejumlah kecamatan di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Bencana tersebut menyebabkan kerusakan berbagai infrastruktur, mulai dari jalan, jembatan, dan jaringan irigasi hingga rumah warga, rumah ibadah, lahan pertanian, kolam perikanan, serta objek wisata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meski demikian, pelayanan dasar kepada masyarakat dan roda pemerintahan saat ini telah kembali berjalan normal. Pemerintah Kabupaten Deli Serdang juga terus melaksanakan rehabilitasi infrastruktur dan pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat secara bertahap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurutnya, koordinasi antarpemangku kepentingan, dukungan anggaran, serta partisipasi masyarakat menjadi faktor penting dalam proses pemulihan yang sedang berlangsung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Secara keseluruhan, pelaksanaan rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi berjalan sesuai rencana dan terus diarahkan untuk mewujudkan masyarakat yang pulih, aman, dan tangguh,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sementara itu, Brigjen TNI Fadjar Cahyono menjelaskan, Tim Monitoring dan Evaluasi merupakan unsur pelaksana lapangan Posko Nasional yang bertugas melakukan monitoring, verifikasi, validasi, serta pelaporan terhadap pelaksanaan rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi di wilayah penugasan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurutnya, kegiatan tersebut bertujuan memastikan pelaksanaan program berjalan sesuai perencanaan sekaligus menyediakan data dan informasi yang akurat sebagai bahan pengendalian program dan pengambilan kebijakan di tingkat nasional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain melakukan pemantauan lapangan, tim juga melakukan verifikasi terhadap capaian fisik, nonfisik, keuangan, output program, serta kesesuaian antara perencanaan, pelaksanaan, laporan, dan kondisi aktual di lapangan. Tim turut mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala dan risiko yang berpotensi memengaruhi pencapaian target rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Setelah menerima paparan mengenai kondisi Kabupaten Deli Serdang pascabencana alam yang terjadi pada akhir tahun lalu, hasil pertemuan ini akan kami tindak lanjuti kepada Ketua Satgas Bencana Nasional dan Menteri Dalam Negeri sebagai bahan evaluasi serta pengambilan kebijakan,&#8221; ujar Brigjen TNI Fadjar Cahyono.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pertemuan tersebut diharapkan semakin memperkuat sinergi antara pemerintah pusat dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Deli Serdang dalam mempercepat pemulihan wilayah terdampak bencana serta memastikan program rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi berjalan tepat sasaran dan berkelanjutan.
