Radhi Rusin, mendapat kejutan istimewa di hari ulang tahunnya yang ke-46.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kejutan tersebut datang langsung dari Wali Kota Medan, Rico Waas, yang hadir bersama Ketua DPRD Medan, Wongchunsen Tarigan, Wakil Ketua DPRD Medan, Rajuddin Sagala, serta Zulkarnaen. Tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya, rombongan tiba di Makodim membawa ucapan selamat, membuat suasana menjadi semakin meriah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Momen penuh kehangatan ini disambut hangat oleh Kolonel Inf M. Radhi Rusin. Ia mengaku terharu atas perhatian dan ucapan yang diberikan oleh pimpinan daerah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Terima kasih kepada Bapak Wali Kota Medan Rico Waas, Ketua DPRD Medan Wongchunsen Tarigan, Wakil Ketua DPRD Medan Rajuddin Sagala, dan Zulkarnaen. Ini menjadi bukti sinergitas serta komunikasi yang baik antarinstansi pemerintah di Kota Medan,&#8221; ujar Dandim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wali Kota Medan Rico Waas, dalam kesempatan tersebut, turut menyampaikan harapan agar Kolonel Inf M.
