Situmorang, mengajak seluruh Babinsa jajaran untuk ngopi bersama di warung kopi belakang kantor Koramil, Jalan Sisingamangaraja, Parongil, Kecamatan Silima Pungga-Pungga, Kabupaten Dairi, Kamis pagi (7\/8\/2025). Kegiatan ini berlangsung setelah apel pagi yang diawali dengan doa bersama, sebagai bentuk harapan agar seluruh prajurit diberi keselamatan dan kelancaran dalam menjalankan tugas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam kesempatan itu, Kapten Arm L. Situmorang memanfaatkan suasana santai untuk memberikan pengarahan dan instruksi kepada para Babinsa. \u201cDengan suasana seperti ini, saya ingin komunikasi kita lebih terbuka. Tidak harus selalu di ruang apel atau di ruang rapat. Sambil ngopi, kita bisa berdiskusi ringan tapi tetap serius soal tanggung jawab kita sebagai aparat teritorial,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengarahan yang disampaikan Danramil mencakup sejumlah poin penting, terutama menyangkut profesionalisme dan kesiapsiagaan Babinsa dalam menyikapi perkembangan situasi (Bangsit) di wilayah binaan. Ia mengingatkan agar setiap Babinsa peka terhadap potensi gangguan keamanan dan menjadi mata serta telinga satuan kewilayahan. \u201cBabinsa adalah ujung tombak satuan. Maka, kalian harus peka dan hadir di tengah masyarakat, mendengar dan merespons dengan cepat setiap dinamika yang terjadi,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kapten Situmorang juga menekankan pentingnya menjaga sikap dan perilaku, terutama dalam interaksi sosial di tengah masyarakat. Ia dengan tegas melarang seluruh anggotanya untuk terlibat dalam praktik perjudian, baik secara daring (judol) maupun offline. \u201cJangan pernah terlihat dekat-dekat dengan perjudian. Jaga nama baik diri, satuan, dan institusi. Babinsa harus jadi contoh dan pelopor di masyarakat sesuai dengan 8 Wajib TNI,\u201d pesannya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kegiatan ngopi bareng ini menjadi simbol pendekatan humanis dalam kepemimpinan militer di tingkat Koramil. Selain memperkuat kedekatan antara atasan dan bawahan, momen ini juga menjadi ruang membangun solidaritas, meningkatkan semangat kerja, serta menyatukan visi dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas pembinaan teritorial di wilayah Kecamatan Silima Pungga-Pungga.
