Hal ini diungkapkan Kapolsek Sunggal, Kompol Bambang G Hutabarat, didampingi Wakapolsek Sunggal, Philip A Purba, Kanitreskrim Polsek Sunggal, AKP Budiman Simanjuntak dan Kasi humas Polsek Sunggal, Ipda Ayu Lubis saat menggelar konferensi pers di Polsek Sunggal Medan, Jalan Tahi Bonar Simatupang Medan, Senin Sore (09\/12\/2024).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Tawuran antara Fakultas Teknik dan Fakultas Pertanian UNIKA Medan disebabkan oleh faktor dendam lama yang bermula saling lirik saat berada di sebuah rumah makan,” ungkap Kompol Bambang G Hutabarat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kapolsek Sunggal menerangkan, Peristiwa saling lirik yang berujung tawuran ini menyebabkan 1 unit sepeda motor milik salah satu mahasiswa dari Fakultas Pertanian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Kelompok dari Fakultas Teknik membakar sepeda motor milik salah satu anggota dari Fakultas Pertanian di sebuah warung silver di Jalan Setia Budi Medan,” terangnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aksi pembakaran sepeda motor tersebut membuat tawuran pecah antara Fakultas dari Unika Medan. Tawuran itu merusak sebuah warung di Jalan Melati Raya Medan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ada 13 mahasiswa dari Fakultas Teknik dan Pertanian yang kita tangkap dan sekarang telah ditetapkan menjadi tersangka. Barang bukti yang didapat dilokasi diantaranya adalah Batu, besi, petasan, bom molotov celurit dan kayu,” jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guna untuk mempertanggung jawabkan atas perbuatannya, terhadap pelaku disangkakan kepada pasal 187 Subs Pasal 170 Jo Pasal 406 Subs Pasal 358 KUHPidana degan ancaman Pidana penjara paling lama 12 tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Polsek Sunggal menghimbau kepada mahasiswa di kota Medan khususnya Universitas Katolik Medan atau UNIKA Medan untuk tidak terprovokasi atas peristiwa tauran ini.
