Langkah ini dianggap sebagai solusi efektif untuk mengamankan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dari potensi kebocoran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam sistem ini, masyarakat dapat membeli stiker berlangganan parkir tahunan dengan harga Rp 130.000 untuk kendaraan roda empat dan Rp 90.000 untuk sepeda motor. Dana yang terkumpul dari penjualan stiker ini akan langsung masuk ke kas daerah, yang diharapkan dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan PAD Kota Medan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afif Abdillah, Ketua Komisi 3 DPRD Medan dari Fraksi Nasdem, menyatakan bahwa langkah ini tidak hanya memperkuat pendapatan daerah tetapi juga memberikan kepastian pendapatan bagi juru parkir (Jukir). Menurutnya, para Jukir akan mendapatkan gaji bulanan sebesar Rp 2,5 juta, dilengkapi dengan BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan, yang akan ditambahkan ke APBD tahun 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lebih lanjut, Komisi 3 berencana untuk mengusulkan agar gaji para Jukir setara dengan Upah Minimum Kota (UMK) pada tahun 2025, yang diharapkan akan lebih memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi keluarga mereka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Tentu saja, kami juga mendukung transparansi dalam perekrutan Jukir. Kami mengharapkan agar para vendor melakukan perekrutan secara terbuka dan memprioritaskan mantan Jukir yang telah memiliki pengalaman dan kartu parkir,&#8221; ungkap Afif Abdillah, selasa (09\/07\/2024) di Medan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Langkah-langkah ini dilihat sebagai komitmen serius Pemerintah Kota Medan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memastikan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan pendapatan daerah melalui inovasi yang terukur dan berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kebijakan baru ini tidak hanya diharapkan akan meningkatkan pendapatan daerah tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif bagi para Jukir dan ekonomi rumah tangga mereka. Selain itu, transparansi dalam perekrutan diharapkan dapat memberikan jaminan keadilan bagi semua pihak yang terlibat.
