Binjai – <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pemerintah Kota Binjai akan menerapkan E-Absensi Dan E-Kinerja Di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Binjai pada awal tahun 2021 mendatang. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal ini disampaikan Wakil Walikota Binjai, Rizky Yunanda Sitepu saat membuka Sosialisasi Penerapan Aplikasi E-Absensi Dan E-Kinerja Di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Binjai, yang dilaksanakan di Aula Kantor WaliKota Binjai, Rabu (29\/12\/2021). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hadir pula pada sosialisasi tersebut Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Binjai Rahmad Fauzi Salim, Inspektorat Kota Binjai, Para Staff Ahli Pemko Binjai, Para Asisten Setdako Binjai, seluruh Pimpinan OPD di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Binjai, dan operator OPD terkait. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wakil Walikota Binjai dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan yang dilaksanakan hari ini adalah dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan kepegawaian yang efektif dan efisien serta guna mendukung program e-government di Kota Binjai. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Dengan adanya E-Absensi ini, diharapkan setiap aparatur sipil negara di lingkungan pemerintahan Kota Binjai dapat melakukan absensi di masing-masing unit kerja, yang tersambung secara online dengan operator sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat kehadiran pegawai pada tiap hari kerjanya, ” ucap Wakil Walikota Binjai. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Tujuan penerapan E-Kinerja ini diantaranya adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi dan aparatur, menjadi salah satu instrumen dalam penataan dan penyempurnaan organisasi, sebagai alat ukur prestasi kerja organisasi dan aparatur untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dengan mengacu prinsip keadilan, mendorong terciptanya kompetisi yang sehat diantara aparatur, meningkatkan kompetensi SDM, menumbuhkan kreatifitas dan inovasi kerja yang lebih tinggi, serta untuk merekam pekerjaan harian aparatur sesuai dengan jabatan dan beban kerja,” tegas Wakil Walikota Binjai. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
