Hal tersebut, bilang Sekda, guna mencegah dan menghindari adanya kesalahan dan kekeliruan dalam menjalankan tugas serta tanggung jawab yang dapat menimbulkan permasalahan di waktu mendatang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hal tersebut disampaikan Sekda usai menghadiri acara penyerahan Laporan Hasil Pemeriksaan (LHP) Kepatuhan Belanja Daerah Tahun 2020 di Kantor Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI Perwakilan Sumut, Jalan Imam Bonjol Medan, Rabu (23\/12). Selain penyerahan LHP Semester II Tahun 2020, juga sekaligus Laporan Pemantauan Penyelesaian Kerugian Daerah s\/d Semester II 2020, serta Laporan Pemantauan Tindak Lanjut Rekomendasi Hasil Pemeriksaan (TLRHP) per 11 Desember 2020 untuk 15 Kabupaten\/Kota di Sumut termasuk Kota Medan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Kepada OPD, bekerjalah dengan benar. Kerjakan semua sesuai aturan dan kententuan kontrak. Lalu, bayar sesuai perkembangan fisik di lapangan. Karena, semua pekerjaan yang dilakukan pasti harus ada laporan dan pertanggung jawabannya,&#8221; kata Sekda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diungkapkan Sekda, LHP yang diserahkan Kepala BPK RI Perwakilan Sumut Eydu Oktain Panjaitan tersebut adalah LHP Bulan Desember dan belum sampai selesai tahun anggaran. Artinya, sifatnya masih sementara sesuai dengan belanja daerah 2020. Namun, dari hasil pemeriksaan yang disampaikan, ungkap Sekda, tidak ada temuan yang terlalu prinsip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Alhamdulillah, dari hasil yang disampaikan tidak ditemukan temuan yang bersifat prinsip. Kita juga telah melakukan tindaklanjut dari hasil temuan yang ada dan tindaklanjut tersebut sudah sampai 76 %. Hanya itu saja dan kita akan selesaikan. Untuk itu, kepada seluruh OPD agar menyelesaikan dan menindaklanjuti hasil pemeriksaan yang disampaikan,&#8221; tegasnya dalam acara yang turut dihadiri Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi, Bupati\/ Wali Kota dan Ketua DPRD se-Sumut tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sebelumnya, Kepala BPK RI Perwakilan Sumut Eydu Oktain Panjaitan menjelaskan pemeriksaan kinerja pada pemerintahan daerah bertujuan guna menciptakan pemerintahan yang bersih, efektif, transparan dan akuntabel. Untuk itu, lanjut Eydu, seluruh pemerintah daerah agar menyelesaikan seluruh pertanggung jawaban sesuai aturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Adapun yang menjadi sasaran pemeriksaan kepatuhan ini adalah menilai realisasi anggaran yang tepat mutu, kuantitas, waktu dan tepat sasaran. Namun, kami juga mengingatkan agar pemerintah daerah lebih berhati-hati dalam mengelola keuangan daerah sehingga nanti didaptkan hasil pemeriksaan yang optimal,&#8221; jelas Eydu.
