Pemko Medan menggelar Rapat Koordinasi Alur Pemberian Rekomendasi Kegiatan Pada Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid 19) Dalam Wilayah Kota Medan di Posko Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Penyebaran Covid 19 Kota Medan Jalan Rotan Proyek Petisah, Kelurahan Petisah Tengah, Kecamatan Medan Petisah, Selasa (22\/12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rapat yang dipimpin Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kota Medan Wiriya Alrahman MM ini diharapkan Pemko Medan mendapatkan rekomendasi dalam mengambil langkah apa yang harus dilakukan Pemko Medan melalui Satgas Penanganan Covid 19 di wilayah Kota Medan untuk meminimalisir penyebaran Covid 19 di Kota Medan. Adapun yang hadir pada rapat ini, para pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) di Lingkungan Pemko Medan, Camat se Kota Medan, mewakili Kodim 0201\/BS, mewakili Polrestabes Medan dan mewakili Polrestabes Belawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam arahannya, Sekda Kota Medan mengungkapkan bahwa  kondisi Kota Medan hingga saat ini masih berada di kawasan zona merah penyebaran Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid 19). Meskipun angka kematian Covid 19 sudah menurun, namun angka Suspek terpapar Covid 19 masih tetap meningkat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Sementara untuk masuk ke Kota Medan tidak ada hambatan baik dari jalur darat, laut maupun udara. Maka dari Pemko Medan harus melakukan penegasan agar jumlah kasus Covid 19 di Kota Medan tidak terus bertambah penyebarannya,” ungkap Sekda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lebih lanjut, Sekda Kota Medan menjelaskan, bahwa di satu sisi Pemko Medan harus memperhatikan bidang kesehatan dan di sisi lain seperti bidang ekonomi dan bidang sosial juga harus diperhatikan. Untuk itu, Pemko Medan mengeluarkan Peraturan Wali Kota (Perwal) Medan No 27 tahun 2020 tentang Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru di masa pandemi Covid 19 di Kota Medan. Dimana dalam Perwal tersebut mengatur kegiatan di bidang ekonomi dan sosial boleh dilakukan asalkan menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Kita wajib menjalankan protokol kesehatan sebagai adaptasi kebiasaan baru seperti yang telah diatur di dalam Perwal No 27 tahun 2020 dimana kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial boleh berlangsung asalkan menerapkan protokol kesehatan diantaranya memakai masker, mencuci tangan menggunakan air dan sabun atau hand sanitizer serra menjaga jarak. Semua sudah tau apa saja protokol yang harus dijalankan hanya saja tinggal penerapannya,” jelas Sekda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sementara itu, Asisten Administrasi Umum (Asmum) Setda Kota Medan Renward Parapat, menjelaskan alur pemberian rekomendasi kegiatan pada Satgas Penanganan Covid 19 di Kecamatan dalam Wilayah Kota Medan yaitu pertama membuat surat permohonan yang diketahui dari Lurah setempat,  membuat surat pernyataan bermaterai, harus ada penanggung jawab kegiatan, dan permohonan tersebut disampaikan paling lambat 2 minggu sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan. Kemudian persetujuan teknis dari Polsek setempat – proses draft surat rekomendasi di kecamatan – surat rekomendasi kegiatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Pada saat kegiatan berlangsung, pihak Kecamatan, Polsek dan Puskesmas wajib melakukan monitoring protokol kesehatan. Jika dalam kegiatan tersebut terdapat pelanggaran protokol kesehatan, Satgas penanganan Covid 19 berhak membubarkan kegiatan tersebut,” jelas Renward.(Rel)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
