Pilkada Kota Medan sangat Special, disorot Nasional dan Internasional. ” Oleh sebab itu kita berharap semua seluruh penyelenggara penegak hukum bisa bekerja dengan baik, menciptakan Pilkada aman, jujur dan netral, ucap Salman Alfarisi usai selesai menghadiri undangan klarifikasi di Kantor Sentra Penegak Hukum Terpadu (GAKKUMDU) Bawaslu Kota Medan Jl. Sei Bahorok Medan Baru, 1 Desember 2020, Pukul 22:00 Wib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Wakil Calon Walikota Medan Nomor urut 1 mengatakan penyidikan oleh Bawaslu seharusnya mendengar keterangan dari pihaknya. ” Bawaslu pengevaluasi kerja Panwascam untuk tidak melaporkan orang yang tidak terlibat dalam membagikan APK”, bebernya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Salman juga kecewa terhadap Bawaslu Kota Medan. Ia menilai Bawaslu Kota Medan sangat terburu – buru\u00a0 menaikkan laporan Panwascam Medan Sunggal ke GAKKUMDU, sehingga laporan tersebut berlanjut ke penyidik Polrestabes Medan.
Pantauan awak media Salman menjalani penyidikan selama 6 jam yang berlangsung dari pukul 16:00 – 22:00 Wib. Dalam penyidikan terhadapnya, salman menjelaskan telah menjalani dan menjawab sebanyak 28 pertanyaan dengan baik oleh penyidik Polrestabes Kota Medan yang tergabung dalam Sentra GAKKUMDU, paparnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Salman mengaku kehadiranya ke Bawaslu Kota Medan sebagai bukti ia sudah koperatif datang memenuhi undangan klarifikasi, tegasnya.
Komisioner Bawaslu Medan Divisi Penindakan, Raden Deni Admiral didampingi oleh penyidik Polrestabes Medan menjelaskan undangan pemanggilan klarifikasi terkait laporan Panwascam Medan Sunggal, Salman sudah 2 kali tidak hadir dalam pemanggilan tersebut. Ini tahap ke tiga proses klarifikasi terhadap Salman”, ucapnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Dalam berkampanye dirumah Ibadah, Bawaslu Kota Medan sudah jauh hari menghimbau kepada seluruh Paslon agar tidak melakukan kampanye di Rumah Ibadah.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Hingga saat ini Sentra GAKKUMDU masih terus mengumpulkan data dari berbagai pihak terkait laporan Panwascam Medan Sunggal.
