Ringroad, Asam Kumbang, Medn Selayang, Selasa, 8 September 2020, pukul 23: 00 WIB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor LP\/542\/K\/IX\/2020\/SPKT Polsek Sunggal, tanggal 8 September 2020, tersangka dikenakan pasal 365 ayat2 KUHPidana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pelapor bernama Sungkono (47) warga Binjai km, 10.5 Desa Paya geli, Sunggal, Deli Serdang menjadi korban perampokan oleh sejumlah kawanan berseragam polisi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Berawal dari sejumlah tersangka sedang berkumpul dan akan merencanakan aksinya untuk melakukan kejahatan dengan menyamar sebagai polisi. Saat melancarkan aksinya di Jl. Ringroad Asam Kumbang Medan Selayang, pada 8 september 2020, sekitar pukul 23:00 tim Reskrim Polsek Sunggal terus membututi pergerakan para tersangka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kapolsek Sunggal, Kompol Yasir Ahmadi mengatakan kepada awak media saat gelar kasus pada kamis sore, 10 September 2020 menjelaskan, Dengan aksi yang tergolong sadis seperti menakuti korban dengan senjata api rakitan, tersangka berhasil membawa sebuah sepeda motor korban. Setelah aksi para tersangka berhasi, tim unit Reskrim Polsek Sunggal langsung mengamankan sejumlah para tersangka beserta barang bukti, jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8 tersangka yakni, Muhammad Budiman (34), Suprianto (40), Khairunnisa (18), Yogi Airlangga ( 20), Joko Dedi Kurniawan (36), Rudi Efendi (40), Diki Ari Wibowo (25), Edi Saputra (32), Uangkap Yasir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Barang bukti 1 unit senjata api rakitan jenis pistol, 1 unit senjata pistol mainan, 8 kartu tanda pengenal berlogo BNN, 1 buah lakban coklat, 1 buah borgol, 1 unit Sepeda motor merek Honda Vario BK 1374 DS, sejumlah document palsu, 7 buah kaos polri, 1 kaos Polri lengkap dengan atribut, 1 buah rompi Polri dan 1 buah topi Polri dan para tersangka diamankan ke Mako Polsek Sunggal, tutup Kapolsek Sunggal.
